We are again raising funds for the Alzheimer’s Society and also a local group ‘Bridge the Gap’.
Bridge the Gap is an inspirational, intergenerational community action project
based in Holmes Chapel that has been helping bring everyone together within a safe,
welcoming environment for over 8 years.
